Katleho Mokhoabane

  • 1. Prize

Mokhoabane completed his bachelor's degree with Thami Zungu at Tshwane University of Technology in Pretoria, South Africa. He appeared as Ferrando in Cosi fan tutte and as Don Basilio in Le Nozze di Figaro. In June 2020 he won 1st prize at the "Voices of South Africa" ​​singing competition, 3rd prize in Italy at the "Concorso Lirico Internazionale di Portofino" in July 2020 and 2nd prize at the international classical singing competition " Debut ”in Weikersheim. He also received a scholarship from the Johannesburg International Mozart Festival. He is currently studying his master's degree with Prof. Brigitte Lindner and Prof. Joseph Protschka at the University of Music and Dance in Cologne. Master classes with Damon Ploumis and Domenic Wheeler gave him important artistic impulses.

 

Tina Josephine Jaeger

  • 2. Prize

The soprano received her first singing lessons at the age of 7 with the Golden Voices in Zurich. In the following years she took part in many international concerts and recitals. In 2012 she moved to Vienna and since 2016 has been studying the master's courses in solo singing and lied and oratorio at the same house after obtaining a bachelor's degree in solo singing at the MUK - Music and Art Private University of the City of Vienna. In June 2018 Tina Jaeger successfully completed her Masters in song and oratorio with KS Birgid Steinberger and Carolyn Hague. At the same time, she completed her bachelor's degree in psychology with distinction in 2018.

 

Isabel Weller

  • 3. Prize

Weller began her vocal studies with Prof. Regina Kabis-Elsner at the Hochschule für Musik Freiburg, where she completed her master’s degree in the summer of 2021. In order to deepen her vocal training, she also studies with Prof. Christian Elsner and Prof. Hartmut Höll at the Karlsruhe University of Music. In 2018 Isabel Weller won the 24th International Louis Spohr Competition in Kassel.

 

 

Sol Her

Sol Her completed her vocal studies at Yonsei University in her hometown of Seoul, where she sang the role of Mimi from La Boheme in a university production. Since 2019 she has been studying opera singing in the master class with Prof. Edward Randall at the Carl Maria von Weber Academy of Music in Dresden.
