Jori Schulze-Reimpell
Pianist Jori Schulze-Reimpell studied song accompaniment with Hartmut Höll in Cologne and conducting with Wolfgang Trommer in Düsseldorf. While still studying, he regularly composed stage music for various theatres in West Germany, including Cologne, Bonn and Wiesbaden. After his final examination for song design, he took on a teaching position for vocal correpetition at the Cologne University of Music in 1993 and at the Robert Schumann University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf in 2004. For many years he has regularly played auditions for opera agencies and various theatres as a guest. He also accompanied numerous master classes by Edda Moser and Jeanne Piland in Salzburg and Montepulciano and gave concerts as a song accompanist.
